I know what the news and world says about 2009. But I am looking forward to 2009 and I am encouraging all of you to look forward to it too! We cannot change what might happen but we can change our vibrational alignment and response to what might happen. Would it do the world better good for us to be vibrationally positive or otherwise? What do you think?So be POSITIVE! The world needs an uplifting surge of energy for change. And yes, one person's frame and vibrational alignment can bring about change - the multiplier effect. So if your world around you is in a negative spiral, you need to be that positive catalyst of hope, love and light and raise the vibrational energy around you!

My 2009 Goals
- To further deepen my relationships with the people around me
- To further deepen and enhance my abilities
- To further deepen my spirituality
- To travel to at least 3 countries for pleasure and to teach Quantum-Touch and Chakra workshops as well as see one-to-one clients
- To equip at least 200 youth and adults with an energy tool to help themselves and those around them
- To attract even greater abundance into my life
- To complete my book and get it published by July 2009
- To be even stronger in mind, body and spirit
